Smartphone manufacturer Sony Ericsson has expanded its Xperia range of smartphone by unveiling four new smartphones which
includes Xperia S. The smartphones have been made specifically made to target audience of the US and the Japanese markets. The smartphones have access to high end entertainment services and promises to offer great connectivity options too.
The phones which are targeted towards the Japanese market are Xperia acro HD and Xperia NX. While acro HD is the follow-up to Xperia Acro, Xperia NX is a variant of Xperia S for the Japanese market. Commenting on the developments Bert Nordberg, CEO of Sony Ericsson said that CES is an important milestone for both Sony and Sony Ericsson.
He further added that while the market continues to evolve into a world where one consumes entertainment and content across multiple screens, the Xperia portfolio delivers mobile experience which is an important step of Sony’s strategy to provide users seamless access to entertainment, connectivity across laptops, tablets, TV and smartphones.
