While Samsung is building up its Android smartphone army, it is finally expanding its Bada smartphone again with the upcoming Samsung Wave 723 (GT-S7320E). Compare to Samsung Wave S8500, the Wave 723 is a lower end smartphone, comes with 3.2-inch WQVGA TFT-LCD display, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), A-GPS, 5 megapixel camera and support dual band UMTS/HSPA. Wave 723 is also developed based on the bada SDK 1.1. The SDK 1.1 has Auto-UI scaling feature where application developers can reproduce applications to work on Wave 723 from already developed bada Application on Wave with minimum effort.

Here is a good news for most of the Samsung Wave users. Samsung has recently released a new firmware upgrade for its popular BADA OS powered smartphone, Samsung Wave. The new version 1.0.2 can be easily downloaded from the KIES. The latest firmware version does not comes with any major changes, but it fixes a major email bug and some other bugs.

The Samsung Epic 4G is Sprint’s version of the Galaxy S and the penultimate smartphone in the line to launch (the last will clearly be Verizon’s Fascinate).

Sprint have officially announced it a couple of months ago, and pre-orders have started a couple of weeks ago (and have since been stopped) on Sprint’s site.
